Ashlee is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Reach Partners LLC, where she is at the forefront of providing global companies with business and technology strategy, digital accelerations and transformations, digital enablement, and C-suite leadership. With over 20 years of experience as a top-notch C-suite executive with Fortune 50 and 100 retailers, Ashlee has a proven track record of transforming organizations and delivering results.

Craig brings more than 30 years of legal and business experience to Reach Partners with a deep experience advising public and private businesses in a variety of areas including commercial contracts, corporate matters and business related transactions, e-commerce, technology implementations, and data privacy and security. He plays a pivotal role in strategizing long-range goals and overseeing legal, compliance, and risk management operations for Reach Partners and its Clients.

Robin is an experienced finance and operations executive with 30 years of experience. As CFO for a large, complex healthcare provider, and CIO of a global consumer products company, she often orchestrated innovative "firsts" with an emphasis on hands-on financial management, infrastructure planning, and operational efficiencies. This breadth of experience has given Robin the skills and knowledge necessary to be a strategic partner for our Clients and our Firm.

Previously, he was CEO of Source Holding, LLC, and EVP at Designer Brands, Inc. He held leadership roles at American Eagle Outfitters and Palmer Corporation, and was a Partner at Wilmoth Field Warne Lawyers.
